For all your courses, dive excursions, snorkeling-/boat trips and water sport activities we organize our schedule according to your wishes and exclusively reserve class and boat space, guides and instructors for you. We might have to turn other guests down to guarantee you a comfortable group size, special dive site requests or your course schedule.

When you are booking or signing up for any of our services advanced payment is required to guarantee a reservation.
Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Patriot Dive Center operates a strict cancellation policy:
30 days or more to course/excursion date - 90% refund
15 days prior to course/excursion date - 75% refund
14 days or less to course/excursion date - 50% refund
7 days or less to course/excursion date - No refund
Cancellations, no shows or late arrivals for any reason (e.g., but not limited to: illness, injury, indecision, weather conditions, change of mind etc.) are charged in full.
If you’re enrolled in a course and are cancelling a scheduled session less than 7 days before or you do not appear for this appointment for any reason (e.g., but not limited to: illness, injury, indecision, weather conditions, change of mind etc.), you’ll be charged US$ 110.00 for rescheduling. Rescheduling will then take place according to Dive Center logistics.
All programs or deposits paid are non-transferable, cannot, also not partly be refunded or credited towards a later date.
Trip Deposits are non-refundable. We always recommend trip insurance for any trip. Canceling of a trip will vary depending on specifics of that trip, but follow the general rule:
90 days or more to trip date - loss of deposit, balance refunded
60 days prior to trip date - 50% refund of trip total
45 days or less to trip date - No refund
In some cases, we wait-list popular trip spots beyond available spots, and if you need to cancel your spot and we can fill that spot, your trip will be refunded less deposit and/or name change fees.
We are in no way responsible for filling your spot if you need to cancel your trip.
Patriot Dive Center is not responsible for dives/courses/trips aborted due to fear, inability to equalize, ear problems due to improper equalization, self-induced illness, or other issues uncontrollable by the dive operator. Once the diver has boarded the boat it is understood that they are committed to the dive schedule of the boat, and therefore no refund will be due.
Patriot Dive Center has a no tolerance policy for “drinking and diving”. Anyone showing up for the dive hung-over or smelling of alcohol will not be allowed on the boat and will not be issued a refund. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
Programs cancelled by Patriot Dive Center for any reason (e.g., but not limited to: poor weather conditions) will allow the client the option to reschedule (based on availability) or to receive a refund for that particular day. Please be assured that refunds and rescheduling will be handled as fairly and efficiently as possible in this event.
Patriot Dive Center reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time with no refund if divers deemed to be unsafe, irresponsible, do not follow the dive plans, disobey “project aware” regulations or are otherwise disrespectful to the crew.
With transferring your credit card details you signify your agreement to all terms and conditions of Patriot Dive Center cancellation policy.
